The Roundtable was jointly organized by the Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
The objectives of event were the following:
- Present the outcomes of project: “Sustainable hydrogen production in the UNECE region and its role in the development of a hydrogen ecosystem and export potential”, funded by the Russian Federation;
- Update members of the UNECE Hydrogen Task Force and other partners on current activities of the UNECE Hydrogen Task Force;
- Discuss the lessons learned and way forward in promoting sustainable hydrogen production in the UNECE region.
